Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personal-use reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened personal care or sleep items. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are still eligible for support.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

How To Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at fields1work@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the next steps.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please request a return first.
