How do I track my order?

Why is my tracking not updating yet?

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after your order ships. Carriers sometimes need extra time to scan and update the package.

What should I do if my tracking has not updated in a while?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Gentle Morrow offers free shipping on every order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5–9 business days depending on location, carrier updates, holidays, customs, or high order volume.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout when available.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Are opened or used sleep items returnable?

For hygiene and personal-use reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened personal care or sleep items. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are still eligible for support.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gentlemorrow.support@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Gently spot clean the fabric with mild soap and water when needed. Allow it to fully air dry before use. Do not machine wash unless the product instructions say it is safe.
